The Monsam PSE-2001LA is a durable commercial portable sink designed for food vendors and other high-traffic environments where reliable washing stations are required. Built for both utensil cleaning and handwashing, this self-contained unit provides hot and cold running water without the need for permanent plumbing.

At the center is a large 18″W x 18″D x 12″H stainless steel basin—deep enough for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing cooking utensils or equipment. The sink includes two spacious 18″ x 18″ drain boards for efficient drying and prep space, plus an 11″ backsplash for added cleanliness and splash protection. Equipped with a 5-gallon fresh water tank and a 7-gallon waste water tank, the adjustable 4-gallon water heater delivers temperatures from 95°F to 140°F for safe and effective cleaning.

Mounted on six swivel casters with locking brakes, the portable sink unit is mobile yet secure when in use. Its sturdy aluminum frame and commercial-grade plastic panels ensure long-lasting performance even in demanding food service settings.
