Due to the size and weight of our sinks, they ship to you via freight truck direct from the manufacturers.
Each manufacturer has different shipping costs. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout after entering your shipping address information.
Website shipping charges apply to the continental United States. Additional shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

A freight delivery is when an item that needs to be shipped weighs 80 pounds or more. Most items weighing under 80 pounds generally ship via ground shipping (UPS or FedEx). Anything over 80 pounds must ship by freight due to its large size and will come on one of the big semi-trucks you see on the freeway.
All of our sinks require freight delivery.
Our regular freight delivery includes Lift Gate service.
A lift gate is a platform at the back of certain trucks that can lower a shipment from the truck to ground level. Your sink will be lowered to ground level, but you are responsible for bringing it inside and any placement.
Please note: If you require your shipment to be brought inside, you can purchase Inside Delivery at checkout.
Standard “Back of Truck” freight delivery is a less expensive option. This is when your sink is moved to the back of the delivery truck by the driver, but the driver is not responsible for moving your item off the truck. It is your responsibility to offload your item(s).

Inside delivery is when the driver brings the shipped items from the truck to the entrance of your building. Generally, this means the items will be brought inside the front or back door – for example, a lobby or back room.
You can add on Inside Delivery at checkout for an additional charge.
Please note: Inside delivery does not include delivery down a hallway or up stairs.
