The Monsam PSE-2003LA is a commercial-grade, three-compartment portable sink designed for high-traffic environments such as restaurants, food vendors, catering operations, and outdoor festivals. With its three extra-deep 12″ stainless steel basins, this portable washing unit makes it easy to wash, rinse, and sanitize cooking utensils while staying compliant with health regulations.

Built on a sturdy aluminum frame with commercial-grade plastic panels, this portable sink station combines durability with convenience. The two integrated 18″ x 18″ drain boards and 11″ backsplash provide additional workspace and help keep washing areas clean and organized. A built-in adjustable water heater (95°F–140°F) delivers both hot and cold running water, while the 5-gallon fresh water tank and 7-gallon waste tank make this sink a fully self-contained solution.

Despite its size, the PSE-2003LA is easy to maneuver thanks to heavy-duty swivel casters with locking brakes. Simply plug it into a standard 110V, 20-amp outlet, and it’s ready for use—no permanent plumbing required.

Propane-powered option available: Please call for a custom propane order. Available in six cabinet colors. For outdoor use only.
