Shipping Methods

Shipping

Due to size and weight restrictions all of our sinks ship to you via freight truck direct from the manufacturers. Our base rate is $289, with additional fees for lift gate or inside delivery service (selectable at checkout). There is a fee for additional sinks ordered as well as a lower fee for accessories. Your cart will reflect the total shipping costs based on quantity of sinks, accessories, and delivery options.  Website shipping charges apply to the continental United States.  Additional shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Please call customer support at 877-595-8534 for shipping rates and availability outside of the continental U.S.

Returns, Cancellations, Refunds

Carefully read our return policies on our Return and Refund Policies page.

Note: If no one is available to accept your sink delivery you will be responsible for any change fees or additional fees incurred from the shipping company. Please contact us if you have any changes that may impact receiving the delivery of your order.

Please read and follow delivery information to better understand what is involved in the delivery of your order.

What is a Freight Delivery?
A freight delivery is when an item that needs to be shipped is 80 pounds or more.  Basically, any item that needs to be shipped under 80 pounds can go ground (UPS or FedEx).  Anything over 80 pounds must go Freight (one of the big semi-trucks you see on the freeway). ALL of our sinks require freight delivery.

What is Curbside Delivery?
Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway or parking lot. Standard (Back of Truck) and Lift Gate  services are considered Curbside delivery.

What is Standard “Back of Truck” delivery?
Standard delivery is when your item is moved to the back of the delivery truck by the driver. The driver is not responsible to move your item off of the truck. It is your responsibility to off load. This is the least expensive option for delivery.

What is a Lift Gate?

When the shipping or receiving address does not have a loading dock manual unloading is necessary. A lift gate is a platform at the back of certain trucks that can lower a shipment from truck to ground level.

**Please Note: If you require your shipment to be lowered to ground level, a lift gate service must be purchased.

What is Inside Delivery?
Inside delivery is when the driver brings the shipped items from the truck to the entrance of your building.  Generally this means the items will be brought inside the front or back door – for example, a lobby or back room.  Inside delivery does not include delivery down a hallway or up stairs.
